Its hard to distinguish between a temporary blip versus the beginning of a major up cycle.
But
Ill tell you Ive seen a H-U-G-E increase in activity in January. My team and I normally help clients buy and sell 10-15 homes per month. But as I mentioned in the intro, we sold 37 in January the busiest month Ive had in my 24 years in real estate.
No one knows for sure, but with such low prices and low interest rates, my guess is 2008 may well be THE year to buy in San Diego.
