As I mentioned above, homes under 500K in most San Diego County neighborhoods are selling like hot cakes.
The market for homes 500-750K is okay, and 750K+ is soft.
Does this mean if you find a home you like over 750K, you should lowball it or sit and see if they lower the price?
Definitely not if you like the home.
I’m speaking in broad strokes here. Desirable homes priced near market value in all price ranges are still selling fairly quickly.
