Should you offer over list? Definitely, if you feel the value is there or close. We’re probably approaching the bottom of the market or have already hit it and bounced up.
In my opinion, homes under $400,000 in San Diego County over-corrected due to the subprime meltdown. So we’re seeing people scrambling to pick up these excellent values before they go up too much.
