Value range pricing is a bit unusual and rarely used outside of San Diego, so many people don’t really understand how the strategy works.
I’ve seen ranges from as little as $1 to as much as 100% of the price (e.g. $1 to $750,000).
While there’s no “correct” range, I usually see around 5%. However, I’ve found the ideal range to be about 10%.
