I’ve actually covered this in past seminars of mine. Where you should buy depends on why you’re buying.
If you’re buying to live in one and rent out the other(s) or plan to manage the property yourself, you probably want to buy in a “better” neighborhood than if you’re just going to rent out the property and have a property manager handle it.
I personally like to buy in blue collar areas as the cash flow tends to be better.
