Thanks for that. But don’t be surprised if she (who I don’t know, so this isn’t about her specifically) says that she can handle the short sale on your condo.
Many agents have taken a course, or with some good fortune closed a couple of short sales.
And others who’ve never closed a short sale are more than willing to have you be their first…if it closes.
But if you want to increase your odds of closing, obviously you’re better off with an agent who specializes in them and has had much success getting their clients approved.
