Otherwise you’d have heard my rants about how grossly inaccurate ALL the home pricing websites are.
It’s not uncommon for them to be 10%, 20%, even 30-40% off.
So do yourself a favor and, whether you’re buying, selling, refinancing, or whatever, NEVER depend on a home evaluation site for a home value.
