Answer:
Shut the door of your fourth bedroom and fuhgeddaboudit (if you don’t speak DeNiro, that’s “forget about it”). Then use your third bedroom as a den.
While I do sell homes for a living, I also like sleeping at night.
I’d hate to see you pay me (or someone else!) to sell a home you love when it sounds like your current home would work just fine for you.
