Answer:
Craigslist, hands down.
You could also put a For Rent sign up, but Craigslist is going to be your best bet.
By the way, in case you’ve heard of all the rental scams on Craigslist, those tend to be phony landlords (who are trying to rent homes they don’t own) scamming tenants. I’m not aware of any that scam landlords.
