Answer:
A day? An hour?
I don’t know how long it will take other potential buyers to offer on the specific home you like. But I’ve received offers in as little as an hour after listing a home for sale.
And even if you’re the first offer, other offers could come in while the seller is considering yours.
So here’s my best advice on how long to wait before you make an offer:
Take as much time as you must, but as little as you can.
