I’ve heard that many times and never understood the “logic.”
All smart improvements should increase the value of your home, as well as make your home sell faster.
By the way, some things that typically will reward you much greater than their cost are:
- Removing clutter
- Cleaning
- Paint
- Carpet
- Landscaping
