In my opinion, a good stager will return at least 3 and up to 10 times the fee, depending on the cost and the home price.
Because your condo is small, it should be relatively inexpensive to fully stage (1-2K) and I think you’ll get at least 3 times your money back.
With San Diego’s high home values, there are few homes too inexpensive to stage. The exception would be a badly damaged home, which wouldn’t be a staging candidate anyway…
