Great question.
Right now, we’re in a “normal” market with a rough balance of buyers and sellers.
So on the one hand, it can be SLOW…
Price your home too high or get a dud agent and it can sit for many long months on the market and never sell.
But on the other hand, it can be FAST…
Price your home correctly and hire a good agent, and your home should sell in 60 days or less. Don’t be shocked if it sells in just a few days — homes always get the most attention when they’re newly listed.
So here’s some obvious advice…
If you’re selling, get a skilled, experienced agent and price your home right. The odds are good you’ll be moved within a few months.
