Have you ever thought about hiring a real estate agent because they work for a big, respectable-looking firm? The reality is that the real estate company someone works for makes virtually no difference to their ability to sell your San Diego home. San Diego real estate companies are really more like a collection of mini-businesses that are all out for themselves. One agent has no vested interest in whether another agent makes a sale. You’ll probably never even meet the broker that owns the company. So remember: When searching for someone to sell your home, you’re hiring an agent, not an office.
