By itself, a real estate license is NOT a good indicator that an agent can accurately find the value of your San Diego home. Whether due to lack of skill or just plain dishonesty, some agents will promise they can sell your home for a high price… but then can’t deliver. Sadly, this is one of the oldest tricks in the book, especially when an agent knows they’re competing against others to get your listing. I’ve even had agents tell me so to my face. Seller, beware!
