If you just put your condo on the market, I’d say NO. You don’t want to take it off the market during this prime early time and risk that the buyer goes inside and doesn’t like it.
If you’ve had your condo for sale for 30+ days and have no other current interest, then consider it. Include a clause that within 72 hours the buyer must see it and give you an answer if they’re moving forward. In that way, you don’t have it off the market very long in case the buyer doesn’t like what they see…
