There are a whole lot of real estate agents in San Diego, so how should you go about choosing the best one? When I have shopped around for professional services I have always been a little lost, so today I wanted to share some information to help you find someone to sell your home.
I always tell people that the criteria to look for is not the highest price or the lowest fee. You should look at these criteria:
- Look at the track record of the agent, because
if they’ve done a good job for hundreds of people, they are going to take the same care in your transaction as well. - Find someone that you’re comfortable with, because you’ll be working with this person for the next few months.
- It’s also important that the agent has a team that can support and serve you.
- You also need an agent that is working in your best interests, so be a little skeptical when they tell you about a deal that is too good to be true.
Hopefully, these criteria can help you pinpoint a Realtor in San Diego. There are thousands here in our area, but they’re not all created equal.
