It is usually accurate within 1% and occasionally is as far off as 23%. This means that, if you’re considering selling your home, you want to get a more accurate figure. There are a few ways you can do that.
First, you can call me and I could give you a free over-the-phone home evaluation, which will usually be more accurate than the report because it’s done by a human.
Or, if you’re interested in selling your San Diego County home, I can come out, take a look, and give you a very good idea of its value.
