- Declutter. A cluttered house feels tight and small. Get rid of all the clutter in your home, including decorations and other personal items to make the space feel bigger.
- Depersonalize. You want a buyer to walk into your home and imagine themselves living in it. Take down any family pictures or personal touches to make the home neutral.
- Spruce up your yard by raking leaves, cutting grass, and making everything look inviting.
- Add flowers. The more flowers and colors you have, the better your curb appeal will be.
