I have something exciting to share with you today: my Prep-to-Sell program!
I’ve had several clients come to me with homes or rental properties that needed work but didn’t know how to approach it. There are few steps we take to help you out here.
After you give us a call and express your interest, I visit your home and compile a list of profitable actions to take. This could be repairs or replacing items, but they specifically add value to your home. We then get bids. Next, we schedule the work if you’re pleased with these bids. Lastly, we follow up to make sure all the 
changes have been made.
This program benefits sellers in our area and local contractors. Plus, you’re free to use only parts of the program, instead of all the steps. I’m happy to help at any capacity.
