Today I want to offer you a staging guide for when you’re getting your home ready to sell in San Diego. Within it, I define six different levels of readiness.
The first level is the legal level, and by that I mean you need to ensure that your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and working properly. These things are all required by California state law.
The other levels delve into more cosmetic things, but they are all very important. There are many cost-effective tips to make your home look great and will impress every buyer that walks through your door.
