WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
You need an active California Real Estate License.
You want to work full time in this career.
You are outgoing and connect well with a variety of people.
You are willing to work the folks we give you from our extensive internet marketing.
You are willing and even excited to hold open houses to find new clients.
You are honest, ethical and willing to do things the right way the first time.
Some experience is nice but we’re willing to train the right agent.
You are willing and able to take direction and coaching to be a success in real estate.
You understand that a major portion of sales is prospecting and lead generation and are willing to work, yes really work to be a success in real estate.
