Buying a San Diego home? Search all homes for sale
Why would you get an inspection done on your home before you sell it? It may not make a lot of sense at first, but I would highly recommend it.
A pre-sale home inspection will allow you to diagnose problems before they are pointed out by a buyer. When an inspection happens, you can find out your home’s defects in advance and take care of these problems before they start to affect the sale of your home.
Buyers will like the fact that you’ve been proactive and taken the necessary steps to make sure your home is in turnkey condition. Buyers love to purchase homes that are in great condition. Would you want to buy a home that needed a lot of work right off the bat? Probably not.
A home inspection will typically run you $400-$500, but it’s a great investment if you’re hoping to sell for top dollar. I have a few home inspectors that I could refer to you if you’re in need.
I look forward to hearing from you!
