Buying a San Diego home? Search all homes for sale
Today’s story did not happen to me, but it did happen to someone that I know. He had an open house on a Sunday and for whatever reason he did not sleep well the night before. The home was vacant and there was nowhere to sit, so he sat by the front door for a while.
He ended up falling asleep for a few hours, and when he woke up he had no idea who had been through the home – if anyone. He felt pretty uneasy about this – especially because he did not know if the owner had seen him sleeping.
The next day he got a call from a woman who wanted to buy the home. She said that she had come in while he was asleep and really liked the place. She ended up buying the home, and the agent got a nice commission from it.
That’s how you sell a home in your sleep!
