What’s the state of the San Diego real estate market? In a word, it’s crazy. Right now, especially in the lower half of the market, there is a dire shortage of inventory and homes are selling at record prices.
The upper half of the market is still very good, too. If you’re thinking about selling, no matter the price range, it’s a great time to do so. It really is.
If you’re thinking about buying, you need help from a professional because there are not a lot of homes out there. We have access to a lot of homes that aren’t technically on the market, but they are for sale.
