It’s time for another edition of “Story Time With Gary.” Today I have a story to share with you that goes to show that anyone can surprise you, even your own spouse.
An agent friend of mine was at the supermarket and ran into a woman she knew. She congratulated her on getting her house listed on the market and asked her when and where she was moving. The woman looked at her looked confused, and asked her what she was talking about. After the agent showed her that her home was listed in the MLS, she was shocked.
“Her husband went rogue and listed their home.”
Apparently, her husband went ahead and listed their home for sale without telling her. They were happily married, but I guess the husband just decided to pull the trigger on his own. They did end up moving, much to the wife’s surprise.
If you want to know what’s happening in your neighborhood or even with your own home, just go to the supermarket. You don’t even need to do that, though.
