As you may know, the San Diego market has had a six-year run-up in prices. However, it now seems like we may be starting to see signs of a market shift.
Higher price ranges, around $900,000 and above, are beginning to show some weakness. Homes that would’ve sold in a snap before are now sitting much longer on the market than was once the case.
If you’re thinking of buying, right now may be a great time to do so. Even just a few months ago, there were very few options for buyers. Particularly in higher price ranges, buyers today have more choices than they did in the recent past.

So, where is our market headed? Well, I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do think it’s safe to say that we’re seeing a little bit of a shift. And with this shift happening, it’s more important than ever that you work with an experienced agent, like me, to make your real estate goals a reality.
