Here’s a question I get a lot: How many homes should I see before I buy one? Similarly, some people keep looking at homes and don’t know when to stop. Here’s my opinion.
I believe you should stop somewhere between five and 20 homes, and you can also include some homes you’ve looked at online. Physically going to fewer than five isn’t enough to give you an idea, but if you haven’t found anything yet after viewing more than 20 homes, you might be getting a little too particular in your choices.
