Looking at these numbers, it’s clear that we’re still in a seller’s market. Though this isn’t quite the red-hot market we once had, sellers continue to maintain the upper hand. Any home that’s priced right and in good condition should have no trouble finding a buyer.
Of course, there’s also good news for buyers. Rates are now hovering around the low 4% range, which is incredible. When I first got into real estate a couple of decades ago, any rate below 14% was considered a great deal. This really puts into perspective just how good the market is now.
