There’s one magic phrase that you can use to get the best possible service from your real estate agent. Here’s what it is.
“Do a great job for me and I will refer you everyone I know.”
A smart agent will hear this and be energized.
It’s technically 14 words, but the point is that if you’re working with a smart agent, they will hear that and be energized. They know if they do a great job, you’ll both be happy and they’ll get more business. Your satisfaction represents more potential business for your agent, and if you tell them that they’ll make a better living if they do a better job for you, they probably will.
