Question:
“I’m so frustrated. I keep calling about homes for sale on Zillow and other sites, as well as on for sale signs, and they’re always sold. Any suggestions?”
Answer:
Let me answer that in multiple parts…
WEBSITES
Many well-known websites have inaccurate and outdated information about homes for sale and home values. They can be a helpful tool, but don’t depend on them.
FOR SALE SIGNS
I personally don’t put “Sold” signs on my clients’ for sale signs until the home inspection contingency is released. That’s because I don’t really feel a home is sold until that’s behind us. Other agents may do the same, or just be slow in getting out to put the Sold sign up.
SUGGESTIONS
Don’t try to do this on your own. Because the seller pays the Realtor 99% of the time, it costs you effectively -0- to use a good agent to guide you through the process and find you a home.
