Answer:
Let me first say that you could be right. Your home may well be worth 1.1 million. But if TWO agents are saying it’s in the 900s, odds are it probably isn’t worth what you’re hoping.
Of course, if you do enough Realtor-shopping you will DEFINITELY find one who will tell you what you want to hear. My question for you is, are looking for information, or confirmation?
In other words, are you looking for objective information from a professional, or are you just looking for someone who’ll confirm what you already believe, whether it’s correct or not?
If it’s the former, I’ll be happy to tell you what your home will sell for. If it’s the latter, I can’t help you.
