Otherwise, you’d have seen my regular rants (my son says too regular!) about how laughably inaccurate EVERY home valuation website is.
Now, I’m not going to be like the guy who said that TV would never catch on. So I won’t say that such websites will NEVER be accurate.
But they are certainly nowhere near accurate now. Not even close! It will probably be years before they can make such complex and subjective calculations accurate.
For the foreseeable future, they’re good for one thing and one thing only:
A good laugh!
