Here’s your Bay Park, San Diego real estate market update for May 2020
People are asking me all the time, how’s the Bay Park real estate market? Bay Park is a relatively small area compared to all of San Diego and I’m going be talking about some statistics for you and it shouldn’t be dry and boring, I’m going to make it interesting and useful.
In order to do that I added also Bay Ho here because Bay Ho tracks very much like Bay Park. People who can’t afford Bay Park will sometimes go to Bay Ho. It’s very close in price and has a lot of similarities.
For the single-family overview right now we currently have 21 houses that are active or for sale and five that are pending or in escrow. And we have three condos for sale and four that are pending. So if you add those numbers together, 24 single family, be they houses or condos, and nine that are in escrow.
That’s not great, that’s not terrible. It’s actually better than I, and I think most people thought before this whole pandemic started.
