Buying a San Diego home? Search all homes for sale
Today, I’ve got a counter-intuitive home buying tip for you.
You’ve probably gone online to look at homes, whether you did it for fun or because you were serious about purchasing a home.
While skimming through the listings, many people pass over homes that might not look the best. But if you think about it, you’ve never actually seen the home’s you’re eliminating.
What you’re really basing your opinion on could be as simple as bad photography. In person, the home could actually be much more attractive.
“Try to see through an online listing’s bad photography to determine whether the home could actually have potential.”
A lot of people are passing up these homes, but they could have a lot of hidden value.
Here’s where my counter-intuitive tip comes in: Why not consider these homes? When you see a home with bad photos, try to see through that issue to determine whether the listing could actually have potential for you.
