Buying a San Diego home? Search all homes for sale
Welcome to another “Story Time With Gary.”
This is another true story, just like all the others. Many years ago, I had an appointment with a woman in Normal Heights about selling her home. Once I got to her home, I didn’t get an answer from the door. However, it still seemed like someone was home so I went to the side door.
That’s when I heard muffled cries for help. I opened the door and walked in and discovered that there was a woman locked inside a pantry that her little boy shut on her. She was a single mother with a toddler, so who knows how long she would have been in there?
I don’t remember if she ended up selling her home, but I remember how happy she was when I opened that pantry door.
If you have any questions for me or need my help buying or selling a San Diego home, give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi Gary, Suzie Munson here with a question (of course). What happens to any moneys put down on a house to purchase if a foreclosure follows within the first couple of years? Does the owner walk away without anything? Thanks, Suzie
