June 2020 Clairemont, San Diego duplex real estate market update
How is the Clairemont Duplex Market doing especially after everything we’ve been through?
I’m going to share some numbers with you but they’re a very small sample. So, we can draw some conclusions, but not others. For example, we can’t draw any conclusions on pricing because the number of duplexes that have sold during the pandemic is down a little bit.
But it’s such a small number that one or two or three sales, really don’t tell you anything. But there are other things that will be a little bit telling. Watch the short video for more.
