Our wonderful admin team is here to serve you! Our transaction manager handles all the details of the transaction once we go into escrow. The listing manager handles that process (putting on the lockbox, putting the home in the MLS, etc.) we also have a great front desk person, and tech (technology) person.
You will have low expenses, the main ones are keeping up your license and dues with the National, California, and San Diego Association of Realtors and car expenses.

You’ll get experienced guidance, I have done this for 36 years and our office manager, Kevin has been in the business even longer with experience in many different areas like the title business and lending business.
You’ll get regular training and systems. We have training every week and have systems in place.
