It may sound odd, but let me explain. When you invite an agent into your San Diego home, you want them to make suggestions for improvements be it a new coat of paint on the garage or rearranging the furniture. After all, you want to sell your San Diego home for the highest price, right? But some real esate agents may hesitate to critique too harshly if it might offend you.
