What’s Cool About San Marcos
Lake San Marcos is a lovely area of mostly 55+ homes nestled around the fingers of the lake and the adjacent golf course. The newly developed community of San Elijo Hills, just south of CSU San Marcos, features a master planned community of a variety of homes with a “small town” feel to their commercial center. The northern area of San Marcos rolls into the larger home sites in Twin Oaks Valley with a more rural feel of small ranches, groves and horse farms.
