What’s Cool About Scripps Ranch
Along with the numerous activities to be found in Scripps Ranch, the atmosphere is one that can’t be outdone. Most of the residents commute to other areas, which gives the neighborhood the benefit of a relaxing ambiance while still being in the city. Scripps Ranch has a high employment rate and high household income, and since it’s close to the 15 Freeway, people are able to get around relatively easily. The area is extremely family-oriented, having fewer residents in their early twenties, but a large variation otherwise. Most of the people living in Scripps Ranch are homeowners, and have family-style houses of 3-4 bedrooms. By Gary Kent
