La Jolla Alta
Settled quietly on the south side of Mount Soledad is La Jolla Alta, a master-planned residential development built in the 1980s. With its spacious homes and gorgeous views of Mission Bay, Downtown San Diego and the Pacific, this neighborhood is anything but ordinary. La Jolla Alta has easy access to Kate Sessions Park as well as Pacific Beach’s dining, shopping, and beach life. It even holds bragging rights as the best neighborhood to watch several sets of fireworks at once on the Fourth of July.
