Southpointe
As its name suggests, the Southpointe condo complex is located at the southern tip of La Jolla Village. This large complex features some of the more spacious homes in the neighborhood. Condo amenities include three pool and spa areas.
What’s Cool About Southpointe
Southpointe has the atmosphere of a quiet, secluded suburban community. The townhome-style condos are either one or two stories, and all come with fireplaces, roomy backyard terraces and attached two-car garages. Notably, the complex is directly adjacent to the beautiful Villa La Jolla Park, a perfect spot for kids and get-togethers.
Although Southpointe is the farthest complex in La Jolla Village from the commercial district and UCSD, it’s still only about a mile away. The shopping centers contain a variety of shopping and dining options. By Gary Kent
