Thank you for bringing an offer on our listing! Many offers we receive lack items required by the seller. This delays submitting your offer, sometimes resulting in another purchaser getting the property. To submit your offer faster, we’ve created a Required Offer Checklist.

If you have everything required, it takes you minutes to complete. If you don’t, the form alerts you to what is needed so you can handle it before you submit your offer. For questions, see the “Explanations & FAQs” attached to and below the Required REO Checklist PDF.
